Our Parma personal training programs help you achieve your goals by focusing on motivation, instruction and education for the results you desire.
With your personal fitness trainer you will set attainable, results-driven goals. In order to get the results you desire, you will schedule a realistic workout routine and create a plan to combine cardio and strength training.
You will begin working out with your gym trainer and learn how to avoid common exercise mistakes while also learning proper exercise techniques. For example, you will learn techniques necessary to prevent injury, and learn about body composition to help maintain lean muscle mass.

I chose to do personal Training to gain that extra motivation to remain consistent. I also wanted to expand my knowledge on general health. What I love the most about personal training at Fitworks is that “It’s personal!” The trainer doesn’t just train you only when they see you. They make themselves available 24/7. They tell you not only what to do, but how to do it and why. They push you in ways that help you believe in yourself to grow. I’ve been training with Mike for a few months now. I’ve already achieved my short-term goal. I am now in the process of setting new goals for myself and now more than ever I am confident in what comes next.
I recently came home from a year long deployment. While deployed, I started focusing on my fitness journey. I had one friend while I was deployed who took the time to work out with me and push me to do things I had never done before. My physical fitness is important to me for my overall health but also because the Army has changed their physical fitness test to make it more focused on functional fitness. When I came home I decided to join a gym because I knew I would push myself harder than I would at home. However, I quickly realized that I needed that 1-on-1 training so I signed up for personal training. After my first two sessions with Trish, I knew it was a great fit. She got to know me and my goals and came up with a program that would push me and challenge me but will ultimately help me surpass what I have ever thought could be possible. She has given me resources and information that I can use on my own. I can’t wait to see where this journey goes. Thank you Fitworks!
My name is Becky and I’m a mom of 4 boys. I started working out with Seth about a year ago. I decided to start working out with a trainer after losing over 50 lbs. I hit a point in my fitness journey where I stopped seeing progress. Seth pushes me harder than I would push myself. He takes me out of my comfort zone and pushes me to my limits, and makes sure that I’m doing the exercises properly. I love working out with Seth and have seen a lot of changes in my body. I feel so much stronger and confident working out now. I love my trainer and my Fitworks family.
