Trish is a certified personal trainer through the nationally recognized certifying body NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). With years of experience in personal training, she has a focus on special population clients (including, but not limited to, clients with high blood pressure, diabetes, senior citizens, post/prenatal, etc.) Trish's additional certifications include Spin, Step, Yoga, and Weight loss. She excels at thinking outside the box to find a way for her clients to enjoy their fitness journey making the transition from obligation to a way of life. Her ultimate goal for all of her clients is to teach them not only the exercises and eating habits that will give them the results they are looking for, but also changing the behaviors that navigate their every day decisions.
