    Full Purchase
    Purchase month-to-month memberships for employees who want to participate. Establish their attendance requirement at 8 visits per month in order to maintain the membership you've set up on their behalf. If an employee misses their attendance requirement for a set number of months, they can be removed from the plan or the employee can be payroll deducted to keep the membership. FITWORKS, your corporate health partner, will send monthly reports showing employee attendance on the first business day of each month. 

    Company Memberships with 50% - 75% Subsidy
    Purchase a 6 to 12 month membership for employees who want to participate. Establish their attendance requirement for the 6 to 12 month period and reimburse 50 to 75 percent of the monthly dues. If an employee misses their attendance requirement for the 6 to 12 month period, they can be payroll deducted for the amount you paid on their behalf. FITWORKS will send attendance reports based on your desired frequency.

    Annual Subsidy Payment Corporate Memberships
    Pay an annual subsidy to lower your employees' monthly membership rate to a desired price point. This option works well if you prefer a fixed instead of variable expense, and if you want to offer employees a reduced monthly rate without having monthly administrative tasks associated with administering a wellness plan.

    FITWORKS provides online tools for your employees to create a health and wellness plan they can follow at home. The platform considers employee goals, available time, nutrition and workout preferences to help them achieve individual success. (This option can be combined with number 1.)

  3. Group Rate Memberships

    FITWORKS gives your employees a specific discount on membership for 60 days. Continuation of the discount is based on interest level and number of employee enrollments.
