Parma Fitness Classes – Descriptions and Class Types
Our class is a 60-minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements that will enable you to center your energy and reduce stress.
Silver Sneakers Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement, aiding activities for daily living. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.
Step & Sculpt
We offer step aerobics classes featuring a variety of sculpting exercises mixed in with weights, bands, balls, and body weight exercises.
This resistance training and core-focused class uses barbells, dumbbells, bands, balls, and body weight exercises.
Our cardio class incorporates punches, kicks, jumping rope, and core work.
This cardio-based class can include step, kickboxing, hi-low aerobics, jumping rope, and plyometrics, along with bouts of resistance training and core exercises.
Amped Up Muscle
This class focuses on resistance and core-based training with cardio mixed in for a full-body workout.
Butts & Guts (30 Minutes)
This lower-body and core class incorporates weights, bands, resistance balls, and body weight exercises specifically designed to tone your glutes and abs.
Our class mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
Developed from outdoor road cycling as an indoor training tool, in this class you will go on a simulated ride over various terrains while controlling your own resistance and cadence levels through drills, hills, flats, and jumps.
