As a kid, what did you dream of being as an adult?
I was greatly influenced by Star Wars movies while I was growing up. I always wanted to be a Jedi Knight and save the day.
How do you enjoy spending your free time?
I value my time with my family and love to explore the outdoors; so every summer my family and I go for hikes and long bike rides. We have fun together and get a great workout!
Who or what inspires you to be the best person you can be?
My beautiful wife Nicole inspires me. She has taught me how to be a better man, a caring husband and a great father. She inspires me to be a positive role model for my children and my members.
How long have you worked within the health & fitness industry and what motivates you?
I have worked in the fitness industry for about 10 years. I have always enjoyed fitness and health. I am proud to work for Fitworks because this is an organization that truly cares about its members and making a positive difference in their lives.

What one member success story stands out in your mind? There are many success stories that I can tell but one particular member stands out. Mary was a 65 year old woman who had never worked out a day in her life and was 30 lbs overweight. She doubted herself and her ability to achieve her fitness goals. She had low self-esteem and chronic back pain. I personally worked with Mary 3 days a week, for 3 months. About 6 months later, Mary stopped by my office to thank me for helping her. She lost 25 lbs and was feeling great. She stands out in my mind because she radiated happiness. Lucky for us, Mary become a certified group fitness instructor at Fitworks and remains an inspiration to us all!
