As a kid, what did you dream of being as an adult? As a child, I always dreamed of being an airline stewardess because you get to fly all over the world and meet people from different countries.
How do you enjoy spending your free time? In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and taking my dogs for long walks.
Who or what inspires you to be the best person you can be? I have many people in my life that have inspired me to work hard and stay positive. My father worked hard his whole life to provide for his family and he always put his family first. He never asked for anything in return and it made me realize that his love for his family motivated him to want the best for us. I have tried to continue that dedication and hard work throughout my life, to make him proud.
How long have you worked within the health & fitness industry and what motivates you? I have worked in the fitness industry for 30 years! I have always had a passion for fitness and health and the members at my club motivate me to work hard and stay persistent.
What one member success story stands out in your mind? Quit often II share a success story about an elderly man named George with my members. George was 75 years old when he joined Fitworks to start a strength training program under his doctor’s advice. George came in 3 days a week and talked to everyone in the club. He knew all the members by first name and inspired us all with his young at heart approach to fitness.
