Fitworks Fitness Centers Is Offering a FREE 6-Week Cross Training Program To All Pre-Registered Runners of the Full Marathon (26.2 Miles), Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) or 10K (6.2 Miles) Event!
In order to take advantage of this FREE 6-Week Cross Training Program, you must register no later than January 31st by clicking on the link to the left. Following this date, all participants will receive an email with complete program details.

plus! during the 6-Week duration of the cross-training program, participants will also receive a FREE Fitworks membership!
If you have registered for any of the above listed Cleveland Marathon 2010 events, then you qualify for a complimentary six (6) week cross-training program to assist with your marathon preparation. The sixty-minute class will be offered once per week for six weeks and will be taught by one of our certified instructors. Choose from one of the two great classes listed below (note classes do not begin until after January 1, 2010! Click here (or on the red link in the above left column) to sign up!

Group Power is a barbell program that strengthens all your major muscles. This class uses simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls.
group centergy
Group Centergy is a fitness class that combines Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates in a group environment.

The Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K is one of the 50 oldest marathons in the United States, and the marathon and 10K courses are USATF certified, so you can qualify for the Boston Marathon. There is no required time to enter this fast and flat road race. Runners, walkers and corporate teams are welcome. Join 12,000 others on the streets of the Rock & Roll Capital of America, and be a part of The Cleveland Experience. The Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K will be on May 16th, 2010.
