If after 60 days of your join date, you have failed to achieve a positive change in at least one of the 3 categories that we measure (Body Mass Index, Resting Heart Rate, & Thigh Circumference) you may discontinue your membership provided you have accomplished the following:

  • Agreed to participate in our Money-Back Results Guarantee program on the date of your enrollment and signed off on our Money-Back Results Guarantee participation certificate which outlines complete program and refund details.
  • Scheduled and taken advantage of your FREE appointment with a Fitworks Personal Trainer, within 10 days of your enrollment date. Scheduled and  taken advantage of a second FREE appointment with a Fitworks Personal Trainer 8 weeks from the date of your first Personal Training appointment.
  • Used the club a minimum of 2 times a week, for 8 consecutive weeks, completing a minimum of 16 workout sessions.  Any multiple visits on one day, will only be counted as 1 (one) workout.
  • Checked in at the front desk with a photo I.D. by signing in, or by having your membership card or fingerprint scanned by a Fitworks team member upon every visit.
  • Met with your FREE Fitworks Personal Trainer 8 weeks following your initial appoinment during which time the 3 categories that we measured for purposes of this guarantee upon your initial visit with a trainer, will again be measured and recorded.

If you have failed to achieve a positive change during your 8 week follow-up visit with your free Fitworks Personal Trainer in at least one of the three categories that we measured and recorded on both your first and final 8-week visit, and you do not wish to continue on as a member of Fitworks, then you may discontinue your membership.
