Group Kick®
Group Kick® brings it on! This electric 60-minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling! Group Kick will knock you out!

Group Active®
Activate your life in only one hour! Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable! Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility.

Group Centergy®
Redefine yourself with Group Centergy. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Discover Group Centergy.

Group Power®
Group Power® is your hour of power! Strengthen all your major muscles with simple movements for all ages & fitness levels. Amazing instructors and fantastic music lead the way! Group Power® is a fun, 60-minute barbell program designed for one thing. Results.

Yoga
Feeling tired and worn? Then our Yoga class is just what you need.  Sit in on a class and you’ll leave with a centered soul and a more relaxed state-of-mind. Our yoga postures, stretches, and progressive relaxation techniques are designed to melt all your tension away!

Group Ride® / Spinning
Riding a bike takes on a whole new meaning in this exciting, heart-pounding, thrill a minute class.  Forget about a day in the park. You’ll enjoy the ride of your life as you cycle through simulated hills and valleys lead by our amazing instructors. There’s no better way to get a great cardio workout!

Boot Camp
Ten-Hut! Anything goes in this combination cardio, strength training group fitness class. Led by hard-driving instructors whose only goal is to give you a great workout, you’ll leave confident in your ability to challenge the day! Following your leader has never been more fun!

Pilates
This mind/body awareness class is designed to lengthen and strengthen your core. And it’s oh-so-nice! Both traditional and non-traditional Pilates methods are used to bring you to a state of total peace. And our Pilates class will help tone and firm your body like no other!

Bosu
This 30-minute class combines cardio and weights to work your entire body! It’s an athletic, super fun way to train and shape your body! With high-energy music and super hero instructors, get ready to blast your core!

Group Step® / Step
Discover new heights with Group Step! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60 minute cardio program strengthens and shapes your lower body, one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience. Step this way with Group Step.

Zumba®
Get moving in this 45 minute class of salsa, cha cha, merengue, belly dancing, conga and more. This class has great music using creative combinations. No dance experience necessary. 15 minutes of standing abs raps up the fun class!
