I always dreamt of being a Video game programmer!
How do you enjoy spending your free time?
There is nothing better than spending time with my wife and kids. We enjoy playing basketball, baseball, and singing together.
Who or what inspires you to be the best person you can be?
My family inspires me to be the best person I can be.
How long have you worked within the health & fitness industry and what motivates you?
I have been with Fitworks for over four years and I am motivated by one main thing; helping other people. There is nothing more rewarding.

What one member success story stands out in your mind?I had a diabetic member a couple of years ago who was on medication and had a lot of trouble walking. He finally decided to do something about it and joined the Fitworks family. He came in 4-5 times a week and was making great progress. About 7 months went by and I remember his eyes welling up as he revealed to me that he had just completed his “first run” in over 20 years. When I remind people about the power of positive thinking, I always think of him. He’s in the best shape of his life because he made up his mind to do something for himself and did it. You can too!
