How do you enjoy spending your free time? I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working out and shopping.
Who or what inspires you to be the best person you can be? My grandparents inspire me to be the best person I can. I would like them to look down on me and be proud of the young woman I have become.
How long have you worked within the health & fitness industry and what motivates you? I have worked in the industry for 7 years.
What one member success story stands out in your mind? I had a young man that came to me and said “I just wanted to say thank you for helping me to get started on an exercise program. You have changed my life and my health for the better. My doctor is very proud of my results. I have lowered my blood pressure to a healthy number.”
