Members on their own using the equipment. We help as we can to direct greater use of the facility based on what they need to achieve.

2. ONE ON ONE

This involves a dedicated trainer to create a fitness plan, help set a schedule and provide the ongoing encouragement and support necessary to stick with it.

3. SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Not as intense as one-on-one training, this offers many advantages of a personal trainer without the exclusive focus or cost.

4. GROUP FIT

For people who enjoy the social experience and benefit from the support of a network to accomplish individual goals designed and supervised by instructors.

5. TEAM TRAINING

Advanced workouts structured for teams on a performance mission designed and supervised by trainers to help meet specific team goals.

6. SILVER SNEAKERS

For older, still active members. This program provides an affordable and engaging use of the facilities structured to their abilities.
